Jack, half asleep already just grunthed.
Rayes gave her a siff look when se passed, but did not say anything.
Charley went to her cabin quite tierd after the day. Falling a sleep rigth away.

Shalem caught the look but shrugged it off. She went into her cabin and colapsed on the bunck, not even bothering to take off her weopans.

The next day Melian came knoking on her door earley in the morning. "Wake up Shalem," he called.

Shalem opened the door "Thanks" she smiled at him before her face constricted in pain "Ah; Jack didn't tell me this would happen, the Cap'n neither for that matter ahhh i can see why you don't drink" she moned

He could not help grinning, "I know. But pleace hurry! Rayes is waking people upp upstairs. And it is not prity."

"Ok" she gasped through the apin and hurried after him, she crossed the deck and settled herself halfway up the rigging. "I'v soooo been here since before dawn" she grinned at him before wincing slightly.

"Rigth!" Charley said walking on the deck, now standing behind Melian. She grinned, "But I am chosing to ignore you. I am going to wake up Jack. You look terible by the way." She then walked down to the crews cabin.

"Mmmmm i feel it" she answered "However this should be intresting" she looked with intrest at the entrace to the cabin.

"I am going to watch," Melian said grinnig following Charley.
Charley walked down to the crew cabin, and found Jack, of course still sleeping. "Good morning Jack!" she shouted. Jack opened his eyes quickely and sat up. Then he feelt the explotins in his head, and lay down again. "Get up Jack." she said whitout raising her voise. "Oh, come now, pleace let me sleep a bit longer." he begged whitout opening his eyes. "No, now get up!" he said with a stronger voise. He just moanded as an awnsered, with out reacting. Chalrley now took a bucket of wather and turned it upside down over him. He screemed in suprise, sitting up. "Get out on deck and do your job Jack!" she said in a commanding voise.
Then she took a good grip around his ear and draged him up and out on deck. Here he got the task to clean after the party. He did as she said, but it did not take lond before he rank hang over the rank throwing up.
Melian climbed up to Shalem to tell her in detal about the waking.

Shalem giggled aprechiativly. "And so we conclude that Jack should never drink" she laughed at the end of his tale. "Instead he should....CAP'N LAND TO STARBOARD!" She stood up in the rigging, pointing to a tiny island shrouded in mist.

Charley ran over to the starboard side. Taking out her binocular. "Change the cours!" She shouter to Rayes at the wheel.
They came closer and closer to the island. The island was small, and they could have driven by it whitout notesing it.
When they got close enougth. Got ready to entered the small boates. "Shalem, get down here. I wont you to join uss." Charley shouted.

"Aye aye Cap'n" she clapped Melain on the shoulder and slid down a stray rope next to her. "Captain, could Mealin come with us please, i promise he won't get in the way and if he hadn't forced me out of bed this morning i wouldn't have seen the island." seeing Rayes look she added "I made him my apprentice"

Charley thougth for a moment before awnsering: "Aye he can come. If you make sure hi is not in the way og making some cind of trubble."
Melain heard them and clibed down: "I won't, mam. I promis."
"All rigth then." Then she turned towords Dom whom where standing with some of the other men that were ready to leave. "Where is Jack?"
"He is not here cap't." Dom awnsered whitout thinking.
"Yes, I can see that! But my question was: Where is he?" Charley said unpartently.
He raised his sholders as an awnser. "Rayes, find him. The rest of you into the boats!"
Melian grinning from ear to ear walked next to Shalem.

Shalem settld hersef at an oar in the boat with Melain next to her. "Well lad, i'm guessing Jacks gone back to bed" she said laughing at his broard grin.

It did not take long before Rayes came back with a good grip in Jacks shirt. He half throwed hin into a boat so he almost fell in the wather. But he managed to set himselfe down in front of Shalem without anyone getting wet. After everybody was inn Charley climbed down into there boat sitting in the front of the boat. And the crew started to row.
Charley gave Jack a hard look before again looking towords the island. Jack turned and saw Melian: "What is he doing here?" he asked quietly.
