"He's my apprentice and freind" Shalem hissed through gritted teeth. She could feel them, closeing in on her mind the closer they got to island, trying to take control of her and her powers. Her gaze narrowed and she continued to row.

"Oh, that souds terrible. Hey, are you all rigth?" he asked looking worried at her.

"I'm fine Jack" she snarled to stressed for courtesy. She only hoped that they couldn't touch her on dry land.

"All rigth. You dont look very good tho, but I guess it is the rum catching up with you!" he said before starting to whine about how terrible it was to do har work when you where sick. He keept this going untill Charley interupted him: "Jack! If you do not stop whining soon, you will swim back to the ship later!"
He shut up looking away from Chalrey.
They arrived the island. Charley was the first to enter the island, and waited there for the crew to come a shore. She looked around holding a peace of paper in her hand.

Shalem staggered onto shoreand collapsed at the unexpected mental lightness that hit her. Fear settled instead, it didn't feel like she'd won, no it just felt like they were bideing thier time, waiting.

Jack cougth her, "Are you all rigth. Really, what is the matter?" he asked with real consern in his eyes.
Melian watched her whitout knowing what to belive.

She pulled herself to her feet. "The Cap'n won't belive me, 'cos she don't belive in spirits. When i weather work i control spirits, however sea spirts almost controlled me last time and now i'm vunerable to them. They're gaurding this island, whitch means i should go and tell the Cap'n we've found the right one." she gave a weak smile "I'm fine for the moment Jack" she went over to Charley.

Jack lissend to her with greate innterest, "That is frigthening."
CHalrey where looking aroud a bit when Shalem came to her: "What?" she asked seeing her expretion.

"I know you don't put any store by it, but, I told you of an island of great treasure guarded by spirits that i thought might be the one we're looking for, well this was guarded by more spirits than i'v ever felt in my life, just thought you might want to know." she said in a low voice before dropping back to Melain

"I don't know how to respons to that. But it sounds like someting positive." she awnsered.
Melain looked at her with concern, but did not say anythng. He had already heard the exponation she had given Jack.

"I don't know if you can feel safe because of me," he said.
Charley turned towords the crew: "Lissen up! We are looking for a cave. Most likely made out of rock, but I am not sure. Now, follow me." she said.
The crew started walking after her. Rayes in the front with Charley.
Melian keept close to Shalem with exitment in his eyes.

"Course i can" she replied "I can trust you" then she leaned over to him "Apart from stone what else are caves made of?" she smiled, then looked around as instructed.

Melian did not understand the queston, thinking he looked around. But his thougths soon wondered he was prowd that she trusted him.
Charley was consentrated and looked around, hoping Shalem was rigth and this was the island.
Jack had woken up, and got his consentration back. He looked around and acually worked. After a while he saw something: "I see something, capt'n," he shouted.
Charley ran over to him, "where?"
Jack pointed, it was a gathering of many rocks. They walked towords them and saw that they were put together so they could see the beginning of a cave.
Charley looked innside, "Brilliant," she said to here selfe. Then she turned around, "Shalem, Jack come with me, the rest of you stay here." She was about to go when she saw Melian's look and added, "All rigth, you can come to Melian." He grinned exited.
Then she started to walk innside.

Shalem's face split into a huge grin, partly at the thought of what might be inside and partly becuse Melain was comeing...and Rayes wasn't apparently. All the same she drew a dagger as they entered the darkness.
