"Yes your Cap'ness" Shalem answered as Charley left, then in the most childish way possible stuck her toungh at Rayes.

He waited until Charley where gone before Rayes turned towards Shalem and took a good grip of her shirt: "Careful now." Then he let go, giving her a threatening look.
Then he walked out of the inn.
Jack came up behind her: "That man really does not likes you much."

She smiled up at him annoyingly, though inwardly she was filled with sudden fear.
"I don't like him either" she said with a carrying laugh, pleased that she'd annoyed him, and knowing that the laugh would annoy him more.

"Aye" she said grudgeingly "But i'l tell you one thing Jack, if i'm picked to go inland with him he'l find that he's in my territory. Its the waterways and the land that I know, the further inland we go, the more I know, and he dosen't" she smiled.

Jack gave her a bit frightent look. But pretended to laugh of the joke.
Then he decided to change the subject.
"But, well, bloody hell, the captain is queen now. That was well, unexpeced." he said.

Dom came walking over to them accompanied by some other men, "We serve the crown now. But I don't feel much different." he said with a grin.

Shalem gave a mock look of surprise, horror and hurt all at once, and collapsed into a chair before smileing sweetly. "Oh well, at least it should keep the likes of you away" she said easily.
