 The palace of Emyn Arnen was huge and stood proud in the great nature, it was built by solid rock given by the dwarves and the decortations was made by the elves cause they too lived in ithilien these days. Ithilien forest had never been greater then this cause in the war of the ring the place had been an empty land, in the shadows of Mordor but no more. The evil was dead and men and elves had moved to live there once more, it had become one of the greatest forest left in middle earth. The walls were high and strong built to stand against any attack by the enemy who would appare and the great flags of the Reunited kingdom and the elves was all over the place. |

A messanger bearing the Royal arms of Lindon came into the palace and bowed before Faramir. "Forgive me from interupting my lord but the stories oif the Gardens of Ithilien have spresd far and wide and many elves in Lindon have wish to dwell near them but Cirdan the Shipwright, Lord of Lindon, seeks your permission before he allows them."

As a messanger of Lindon arrived the halls of Emyn Arnen, the great castle of Ithilien that had been built by men and elves but also dwarves sat Faramir proud on his throne watching who came before him. He listened couriously and then nodded with a smile by his words, when he was finished speaking Faramir spoke out loud."Greetings my elven friend of Lindon, tell your king that he is allowed to come with the elves whenever he wishes and he`ll get what he wants. I see no problem with having others here aslong they are good and behave themself."

Not long after he had spoken another man entered, obviosly an dark elf after his cloths and ears that chilled him out from all others that he had seen. He really wondered what the elf wanted but soonly got the answer of what he wished, he listened and then answered with a smile."Greetings dark elf Synyster, nice to meet new people on a day like this but either way, really..Gandalf sent you? well if he did then I trust his gudgement about giving you a job if thats what you need then yes I guess I have something for you but it depends on your abilites though and what you want."

Synyster looked at faramir an said:" well my abilities should not be a problem. after all i managed to sneak into the throne room of minas tirith. not many have done that before me." he looked at faramir with a proud smile.

"Aha I see, well thats good then..seems like your good into camufladge then but what about your combat skills? And do you have any skills within leading people? or what do you actually want?"He asked couriously as he sat on his throne, watching down on him and the messanger beside him that had come from lindon. It was good to have so many vistors though it tired him a bit when it was talking buiniss most of the day without any relaxment together with his loved wife Eowyn though he guessed he would be with her later on after some things had been satteled.

"Hm..interesting."He said smiling kindly back but not to much of course, maybe he could be the right one to lead one of his battalions that needed a strong new leader cause it was lots to do in the new rubuilt Ithilien these days and with more stronger people it could be better and the men better prepared. Faramir though about it some time while scratching his cheek then came to an answer and so he spoke gently."Well I think i got something that may fit for you then, what would you say to lead Ithilen Camuflagde Force? I could need someone with exsperiance to lead those 500 troops."

"Good, well you`ll find them in their camp somewhere in Ithilien..just ask around and you come to them. I am sure you`ll lead them well if this is what Gandalf suggested you to do, now leave and if you have any more questions then come to me. I`ll be following you in what you do but do your best and dont dissapoint me."Faramir said seriously while he looked at him and wondered what more he would say or just turn and leave.

Not long after the dark elf had passed out the gates of Emyn Arnen an old friend went back inside, he was as white as the clouds and had a white staff. Even he was old he could walk without the staff but he mostly carried it with him, it was his magic staff that would always help him out of trouble if needed. As the old man came futher in, he spoke and greeted the man on the throne."Faramir, son of Denethor I come with news and it is not good news."He said and stopped then looked at him with a smile, wondering if he remembered him cause the white wizard surely remembered him.

Faramir sat on his throne gently as he watched the elf walk out of the palace, not long after he could see something bright enter and it somehow remembered him of the past but who could it be. As the old white man started talking he soonly regonized the voice and then had to smile aswell but something troubled him, he was talking about bad news and it didnt seem good."Mithrandir, you have returned...so the news were true. It is so great to see you again my friend."He said smiling and stood up from the throne as he walked over to him, tapping him on the shoulder but then turned his face into some more serious." Anyway what brings you to Ithilien, what is this bad news your talking about?"

Gandalf smiled when Faramir came over and remembered who he was as he tapped him on the shoulder to greet him welcome, he nodded slightly and then answered as he watched him serious back."It is good to see you to again my friend but the news I bring may disturb you and your king, something is happning and we should be on guard. I long have had a feeling a new great darkness is arising in the east, it is time to take control and see what dangers might be left out there."
