Hi! I just joined. I have been a Tolkien fan for many years, and am interested in trying to roleplay in this world now. So far, I don't have much experience with rpgs, but I'll do my best and try to stay as active as possible.  Well, hopefully I'll find someone to roleplay with, but first I guess I'll have to write down my character's history. |

Sorry nobody replied to this earlier, but I have been a little occupied with trying to get my computer fixed, work without a working computer and the fact that if I don't get good mock exams after Christmas I get "kicked out" (a quote from my parents) of my school. Good by their standards is straight A*s (the highest possible), so I'm going to have to work very hard over Christmas at revision... Anyway, enough about my general life and onto the welcome! Welcome to MER! We've quite recently gone through a 're-make' of the site and the main admin is currently too busy with work to come on the site much, as do most of the other admins so we do admittedly have a little activity problem at the moment. However, over Christmas I'm sure people will hopefully be able to rest a bit and get back to the high levels of activity we usually have! So, welcome to the site, hope you love it as much as we (or I, at least  ) do, and I hope to roleplay with you soon (well, Khamûl's a little bit evil so you might prefer not to end up in a thread with him, but I'm sure you'd love the little guy in the end...) |

Thank you very much! Oh unlucky you! I wish you much luck with your exams, and with your parents! Hopefully you won't have to learn too much over the vacations and still find some time to yourself, and to get online here of course Oh I see, so the site is in need of more active members to keep it alive. But you're right, I'm quite sure that the christmas holidays will attract people to once again join the site and post. And maybe Eveth comes to meet Khamûl one day, everything is possible, cause I don't know much about her character yet. First I want to know if I have someone to post with before I post the history. |
