Well, some people just don't have access when school is out. Like me. But I haven't given up on this site. As soon as school starts back, I'll be in full swing. I just happen to find a computer today and thought I'd stop by.

I honestly don't think he's coming back. I believe the forum has been completely abandoned. I've been on numerous forums he has made and he does abandon a lot of them. Once the admin leaves, the members are soon to follow.

Well he is working on a manuscript for a Norwegian fan movie so it takes a lot of time of him. + he has gotten in work now, earlier he has just been in school so he has a lot more to work with.
Since he is getting finished with the script he will probably start getting into the forums again.
Sent him a messege. saying: Hello People on MER are asing about you, and that they are doing so on the other forums as well. And they are wondering when you will come back.
EDIT: OK. he gave me an answer just now and he said " I will not be coming back soon. and I am finishing up the first cast of the manuscript"
So I would think he comes back around may or so, because we will not begin filming until the summer I think.

Greetings everyone, I believe what Theramir is trying to say, is that I will be returning later as soon the script is done and other things is finished. I surely have not forgotton this site, often this forum is on my mind and many times do I miss going back to it. Afterall, many of my friends are here even they live in real life far distances away. However I can promise you all that you will hear from me soon again and then I will start to run this site once again, thought now as Theramir says I am working on a lotr fan film project and within short time, you may see the website about it on the net. Hope you all are well, take care. I will see you all soon, namarie.

I try to check back here occasionally, although at the moment I'm really not in a position to start roleplaying again... School finally snapped and kicked me out. Woop for me... At the same time, another guy a couple of years younger than me got kicked out for threatening somebody with a knife, a few others got suspended for drugs and I think another got expelled for drugs (although it could have just been another suspension, I'm not to sure about the facts)..  So, it's all quite fun. Added to that, I'm currently being a counsellor for my friend (at another school) as her roommate there has had a pretty crappy life, with drug-abusing parents who are always pushing her to get imossible grades that she has no chance of getting (I think they think it'll mean that she gets a better life than they've had) and as a result, she's now abusing hard drugs, has gone annorexic and is self-harming. She's ended up in hospital three times now. Well, there're my main reasons (altough there are other, smaller ones) for not doing much in the way of roleplaying, on this site or any other. I'll keep returning, and if the site is reborn, I'll try to help and stay active. But for now, at least, I'm really not in a position to promise anything... Sorry. |

Listen, people of MER. I bring thee a message!
Lately I have been busy, but now my time has gone easy again and I am thinking of reopen the site which we all loves. Therefor I will rewrite the plot and do some changes, I will also recruit more people. This site will again be opened for all interested, and the site will grow better then before. The new plot which I am planning on writing, is as follow. The time will be changed and we will go forward in time, it might began when Aragorn and Arwen dies and parish from the world. And their heir will then take up the throne, but face many new challenges which are to come. Most of the evil known will also be gone, but new evil will arise. The elves have mostly left, but still some lingers, and the dwarves plans on capturing the captured Moria once again. The eastern territories will mostly have fallen to the kingdom of Eldarion, but still resistance there will be found in many lands. A rebellion will start, by the character which I have made named Darius. A dark elf from the ancient world of Arda, and he will gather those whom wishes to remain under one banner, still living in Middle Earth, but apart from the race of men.
So far, this is a brief of the plot which I have planned for this forum and I hope you all will like it. Beware, MER will be reopened!

I hope you can get this place back up and running, though as long as it's been dead I'm not sure it will come back. I for one will still be here. And so will Rawhide, my alter ego. Lets get this place back up and running. You can count on me to help in any way posible.

Hmm...interesting plot. I don't know how active I will be here. I've lost a lot of inspiration and now little desire to continue, but fact no one is ever here is to blame for it. I'm too busy on another forum and that leaves little time and creativity to write here, plus my mind is more focused on other matters. I've grown close to actually wanting to delete my characters and leave this forum completely. I'm lucky that I am able to write considering all the shit I have been dealing with in life at the moment. I'm going through some very tough times right now, and I'd rather not go into detail about it.
I'll be changing Alatáriel's character a bit here though, I have a few ideas but I'm entirely sure what I will as of yet.
