She smiled as she felt her blod flow, and flicked her wrist as she locked swords with him, a small dart shooting out and burying its self in his calf. "Don't worry, that one's not poisoned"

He gave her a look of supprise, "All rigth, I get it, you are good. I give up, for now." He walked away from her, then sitting down taking out the dart. Studeing it he saked: "Make thees your selfe?"

"Yes, why?" she sheathing her sword. She sat down oppasite him and mopped up the blood trickleing down her leg.

At that moment a young man came running down the stares chouting: "Jack! Jack, come on. Rayes is getting yelled at by the captain." he grinned exited.
"Nice!" Jack said getting up to his feet faster than any order ever had gotten him.
"I knew you would love it," the young man ran up the stairs again.
"Comming Shalem?" He asked on his way to the stairs.

On deck most of the crew had now gatherd. As Rayes was not much liked, a lot of people enjoyed this.
On the upper deck where the wheel was. Rayes and Charley stood screeming bouth as angry as the other one.
"How can you mean such things!?! Fare and respect is not the same thing!" Charley said.
"Of course it is. Havent your father thougth you anything!" Rayes awnsered.
"How dare you!" she shouted, her face turning red.
"Wow," Jack commented, "I hope he say more stupid things like that. Maby she'll throw him of the ship."

"Or tie him in a large sack and then throw him off!" she joined with a grin "Dose this happen often?"

"Ones in a while," Jack said, "They are quite different people, so it is not that strange. But it has been a while seens the last time. But it is a show every time."
"You often seem weak you know! You are a good captain, but that stopst you. Soft harted woman." Rayes said.
She slapped him whit anger all over her face: "Yes, Rayes, I have a hart. And I am not my father. I am not as crule as he was, simply because that is not who I am. And I wont let you go on like you did when he was captain. And if you can not live with that, then maby you chould get of this ship. Or can you follow the orders I give you, what say you?"
Rayes did not awnser at ones, he just stood still for a moment thinking. "All rigth captain, I can follow your orders, even if I don't always agree whit them."
Charley comed down: "Well then keep contoll of your tung. And now, get out of my sigth before I do someting I'll regret."
Rayes walked away from her, using all his energy to controll himselfe, snaring at anyone who came in his way, he walked down to the crew cabin.
"Oh, almost," Jack said after Rayes had walked down to the cabin.

"One beautiful day, my dear. I hope at least!" he said grinning.
Charley stood still for a miniut, looking at nothing. THen she looked up at her crew that had gatherd to watch the sceen. Her eyes became stif again: "This ain't no show. Get back to work, now!" She shouted before going into the captains cabin.
The crew started to move again going back to doing wath they did.
The young man that had told them about Rayes, came over to them. "Well, that made my day, what about you Jack," he asked whit a smile.
"Just what I needed," Jack said.

Shalem stepped back quickly grining untill Charley had gone to her cabin, the rejoined Jack.

Jack smiling said: "Have you meet Shalem by the way?"
The you man nodded, "Heard the name, and seen, but not met." He said holding out his hand to Shalem: "Dom's the name, miss."
