Everything was peaceful in the quiet and secluded town of Ballicoss. The Town was on it's own with no one else for miles around. People were friends and everyone knew each other. It was humble village with quaint and beautiful scenery and surroundings. All was good. That was, until a mysterious group of people known simply as the Guardians, came along.
In one night, these Guardians had completely encased the whole Town and it's surroundings. A huge concrete wall around the perimeter and a large glass Dome over it. Escape was unimaginable and futile. The entire town was trapped and they knew it.
The townsfolk lived as normal as possible under the Dome, and we're doing alright. Then the Guardians began the testing. Mitchell Taylor, an 19 year old guy at the time, was taken into the Guardian's HQ. He was poked and prodded and tested to his limits. Three days later, he was released back into his captivity, and he was different. He possessed abnormal strength and speed. Along with innate senses and also the capability of paralyzing anyone he came in physical contact with, even if only for a short time. He became an outcast, shunned by all.
After time passed, more and more townsfolk were being experimented on and, like Mitchell, being cast out of town. These "Super Humans", as they heard the Guardians call them, set up a private reserve for their kind, to live in peace from the humans. The Humans and Super Humans have co-existed together, barely. They despise each other, Super Humans for being different, and Humans for shunning their family and friends.
The first outbreak of battle resulted in the Humans capturing most, but not all, of the Super Human adults. They were all murdered in cold blood, and the Super Human numbers were diminishing quickly. The Super Human's didn't like battle, but many became blood thirsty when they heard of their family and friends deaths.
With the two species of Humans battling at each other in the confined space of the Dome, as their home became known, and the Guardians creating new Super Humans and new creatures all the time, as well as not stepping in to stop the battles, who knows what will happen.
