The Outer-Gates stand as the first obstacle to enter the mountain, they are made to stand siege warfare so, that the defender might retaliate in time. Whether they hold or not their claiming won`t come cheap in men, orcs, dwarves or elves. Various shooter holes, traps and siege weapons stand ready to rain death upon the enemy as they attempt to attack the gates in any way.
Beyond the gates lie a set of caverns, where around 200 orcs reside all tasked with guarding the entrance. Their dwellings remain hidden and modest, but the close proximity ensures there are always orcs ready to spring into action to defend the gates of their underground kingdom. Further deeper the various ambush locations and traps await before reaching their way into The Undercity.
