Eastern Angmar is known to the inhabitants of Angmar as the 'Orc Pits' due to the simple fact that most of the entire region's landmass is covered in Orc Spawning Pits, Training Grounds and Wolf and Troll Caves; these are where Wolves and Trolls of Angmar are bred and trained. The orcs are nurtured by their own kind, and the wolves and trolls are tamed and nurtured by the orcs. Those too weak to be of any use are killed soon after being spawned or born. The operation is supervised by men, the descendents of those who worked in the Spawning Pits of Angmar in it's days of terrible glory whilst ruled by the Witch-King.
These men are in turn supervised by one taking orders directly from Khamûl, sometimes this is a Nazgûl, sometimes a corrupt Wizard or another of Khamûl's more powerful underlings.
