Population Counts
Rules:
You can move the region counts freely in your kingdom / country, but if an enemy takes over this territory, then they will increase their army numbers by the original number that was placed in this region. To control a whole kingdom / country, every region of it has to be taken along with the capital city. The population in this land may flee to another country if being attacked, but can't regenerate before the region is once again recovered. The counts that are put up are called population, this population is divided into two groups: non-warriors and warriors. The non warriors decide for the future, how many of your region will be increased every 3 months, the warrior group will stay as it is, die in battle or by any other incidents. The numbers for the races that increase are different for each kind, these are the statistics:
Orcs: 4 (1x4)
Humans: 3 (1x3)
Elves: 2 (1x2)
Dwarves: 2 (1x2)
For example, if you have 100 non warrior humans, then they will be increased by 3 for each non warrior every 3 months, so that makes 300. Those you yourself can choose where to belong, either to the group non warriors or warriors. It's up to you. That includes also your previous army counts, you yourself can choose how many should belong to each of those two groups.
PS: Non-warriors are not able to fight in battle if they encounter the enemy, therefore will die out right as they meet.
