Haldir's smile faltered a little when Itarildë cheerily asked him of their quest. "We.... yes... yes, we slew them all, my little one," he said a bit flatly. "Imladris is safe once more."
Rúmil gave a pointed look to Alatáriël, wisely not trying to utter any thing more in Haldir's presence.
"Let us go in and rejoice!" said Haldir majestically, attempting to prevent any further questions from being asked, by distracting them. "Let us rejoice the renewed safety of our home!" He picked Itarildë up and bowed the others in.

Alatáriël nodded. "Aye, let us go then shall we ," she said and signaled for everyone else to follow. As they all began to make their way inside, Alatáriël gave Haldir a friendly nudge and smirked. "You must be quite popular today my friend, because you have another visitor here as well."

Haldir looked at her curiously. "Yet another?" he said, wondering who else could have come to visit. "Who, my lady?" He peered inside as though that would answer his question.

(lol yeah. I enjoy rping as her on ER so I decided to put her here as well. Which I like better cause here you can put a face on the character, plus the storyline here is very different. It gives me something new to work with on her.)
"Not in there, my friend," said Alatáriël as she watched Haldir peered inside as if he were to find his visitor in there. She turned and looked behind her thinking that maybe the elleth had been following them but she was not there. She hadn't even noticed that she left. She must have during the little reunion. "She was here but it would appear that she had taken off somewhere. She said her name was Eruraina." Alatáriël's eyes scanned the landscape, searching for the maiden that had ran off. Her eyes landed on a large group of trees a good distance away. She could see her sitting in the high branches of one of them. "You will find her there," Alatáriël said pointing to the trees.

itardile smiled when he said that rivendell was safe " well I'm glad"she said when they started to head inside "your friend is nice"she said when Alatáriël directed him to the elleth

"Nice, but one of few words," Alatáriël said quietly. She smiled and decided to give her Steward and the elleth a chance to reunite. She looked down at Itarildë and said, "Come Itarildë, let us go join the others inside, your ada will join us later."
