Okies, I've got my pictures from the ISTA (International School of Theater Association) trip that I went to in England a few days ago. Am still a zombie from all the hyperness, sleep deprivation, and make-up homework I gotta do cuz of it. It totally rocked, and apologies right now for not having any photographs of my sword-fighting moments where I actually learnt all the steps and pwned quite a few people. I was sooo darn hyped up and into it that I forgot to ask anybody to take photos. Whoops. Anyways, am gonna shut up now, go to
asukagx.livejournal.com/21575.html if you want to read about what happened there cuz it's pic time! Tongue
Note: When there are multiple people in a pic, I'm saying the names from left to right. Happy
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1352.jpgPeter, Me, and Gintare just chilling before the stage was set up.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1355.jpgMoi amidst the scenery of Calderdale. It was just sooo darn lovely, a small little town, people always knew each other, and I practically felt like I was in the Shire!!!
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1357.jpgMe, Aysha, Gintare, William, and Peter at a backstage moment that should have seriously been censored had it not been for a photographer's over-dose on chocolate after a long day. Thankfully I didn't get dirty...
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1362.jpgWe visited different places to get inspiration and we had to incorporate what we saw into our drama pieces. I got really excited about Sylvia Plath's grave since she's one of my favorite poets.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1366.jpgThe "Weathertop" of the trip. Or rather a deserted church tower back from the Medieval era. Nope, those boots aren't costume. They're mine. Tongue
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1367.jpgCreeping around the edge of the churchyard...
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1368.jpgMore creeping around the churchyard... Felt kinda like Gollum here. Was tempted to jump out and start screaming "my precious" and act all psycho. Well, I did get to play a ghost later on so that was creepy enough, imo.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1374.jpgOoooh the back of my head. And that's my natural hair color, btw. It somehow turns reddish really easily. Was descriped as everything from a blonde (huh?) to a redhead to a brunette while there and seriously dunno what I am anymore.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1378.jpgTaken by my friend when we decided to attempt close-up pictures of each other. The weird mark underneath my right eye is a result of a rather painful scratch I got on the first day and it bled like anything. Then it just got puffy and covered up.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1381.jpgMore churchyard sneaking... I swear we were sooo photo-happy... That jacket makes my bum look big. No, it makes me look big. Period. Stupid jacketses.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1382.jpgSneaking.... *insert imaginary Smeagol in background*
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1385.jpgMy attempt at being artistic. Tongue
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1388.jpgProbably my best photo... *blushes* Yeah, I'm really pale. Lol, but nothing can really solve that and I like being that way.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1396.jpgRehersing choreography as a group. You can see my long white sleeve followed by the dark pink short sleeve.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1415.jpgMore choreography run-throughs. Once more you have my sleeves, some of my bare skin, and jeans. Lol.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1419.jpgCHAOS!!! We were running around at 50 mph or something in panic saying our farewells and I just climbed to the top of the stage and photographed a bunch of people.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1420.jpgThe reaction of me and my friend Ruth when somebody attempted to jam a camera right infront of our noses.
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1427.jpgTo make fun of stage costumes and the hideous fashion trends, a few of us decided to go out during the lunch break and attempt to layer up our clothing with the most random nonsense we could find then take ugly pictures. Okay, the individual garmets I've got aren't that bad, but togehter it's a disaster!
img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/yamibernarda/ISTA/IMG_1428.jpgWith my friend Dina, attempting to redo a silly scene dealing with a bathtub amidst a department store just because we liked the bathrobes more than the actual costumes.
Okies, that's all I've got for now. Enjoy!
