Yes it does mean ruler. Ever since the death of Gil-Galad Lindon has not had a "king" rather Cirdan was considered its "lord".

Sence there seems to not be a huge line of people asking to rule Rhun, I'd like to ask for it. But only untill someone else can be found. I hate polotics and care only for the military. I just want people to see a name my Rhun so they know it's active.

Eh, this would maybe a strange question but I will say it as it is:
Is it poosible for me to be a second in command in Arnor seeing as you Ellesar is the Ruler/King of it.
Just wondered since if I can`t I need to make another ending for my characters story.

Hello, I just wondered.
As I ruled Eregion before the changes on this board, could I rule it again? I would not keep it though, I am planning on telling that I am murderd and that civil war begins. Then Syene is to come to make it under control again, is that possible? After I am dead, I wont return..but my daughter probably will still be alive.

Yes Rawhide, I understand. Well it seems now that Morwen has returned, but with a new name..I am not sure tho.
Sure Halbarad, you could be my steward for Arnor. The place surely needs it if I am gone someday.
Haroldir, yes I guess thats alright. As long you write that you are murdered and tells what happened to the kingdom, then it should be alright.
