Arawyn was walking through the gardens. She looked for her sister and brother but neither were anywhere to be found. She though she saw someone but it turned out to just be a squirrel. She sighed and slumped down. She was soo bored!

Elladan, who had come to Gondor to visit his sister, came through the landscaped gardens, and saw the little girl he smiled, recalling Arwen, who was 111 years younger than he and Elrohir, and he went down into a hunters crouch next to her. She looked so like her mother, and his fea ( soul ) recognised her even if she had not . ' Suilad, ellyth ( little elf ) ' he murmured, drawing something from his pocket which sparkled in the sunlight. ' I am your uncle Elladan, ' He glasped the chain around her small neck.

Arawyn's eyes sparkled at the sight of the glittery pendant. "Oooh! Thankies Uncle El." She said. When names were too long she often made them short, although her parents continuosly told her to call some people like the councilors by their real name, she never did. Most of the time she was as much trouble as her father had been. "Have you seen my brother or sister?" She asked him curiously, her small hand wrapped around the pendant that rested just below her collar bone.

Aragorn was walking pass the garden but then suddenly he saw his child talking to Arwens brother. He walked over to them and said." Hallo there." He said as he come up from behind Arawyn and hugged her. He then looked at Elladan" Greetings Elladan. I see that you have found Arawyn." He smiled and looked at her.

' Not yet pen-neth , I have not even seen your mother yet, ' he scooped her up into his arms, ' so where are they, shall I take you to find them? ' he did not mind her calling him El, he and Elrohir had always called one another that, frustratingly and annoyingly to their parents and any-one else who knew them - only Arwen could ever tell them apart.
