She smiled her eyes glittering with her own knowledge and spirit "Indeed, we all must from time to time. But please..." She stppd up and beckoned her to sit with her in an arm chair "Tell me about your trips and what you hav encountered. I must think you are hungry, would you like anything?"Avalon calmly walked over and sat down in the chair. "Aye, I suppose I am alittle hungry." she said with a light nod.

A dove flew into the throne room with a message tied to its leg. It read:
You are cordially invited to the wedding of Thraden and Siranna in Mirkwood. You may bring guests as well, and food is welcome as well.
Sincerely, Thraden

Deth was taken by the marchwardens of Lorien to the Throne room, where he had a letter to give only to the ruler. It was to discuss matters of trade, as Nodonn was sending such to the Elven rulers, since he allied himself with the Elven race, and liked to see their kingdoms prosper under their rulers.

Syenë watched Deth arrive and knowing she had met him before she nodded to the guards to let him in and so the maids brough him a drink as she asked him to sit down and went over to where he was. She then sat in front of him and said "Suliad mellon, to what do I owe this visit." She smiled as she took a sip of wine and was much interested in what was happening in Noddon's business.

'' Hir nin '' He bowed, '' There is news from Khand, which perhaps might interest you. '' His voice was emotionless, '' My mother, Ishtar, sacrificed herself, gave, in effect, her soul, to a woman, an elf, who woke beside Ciuvienen, and whose husband was one of those Morgoth twisted to become the race of the orcs. long was she alone, and grieving, and so Ishtar used the sacred dagger of Lokdal on herself, her soul passed into the woman, Silmarien, and so now she is Godess od Khand, she will rule it as Queen, Nodonn, my father, and others will act as her commanders of the armies. But it is still desired we should make alliance and have trade with Lothlorien, perhaps visit one anothers realms, ''

She listened with quite some interest for such news really moved her. She had always heard of what honor truly was in the elves of old but never did she expect to live among those that remained of the old days.
She nodded and said "Consider such alligeance done, my lands will always be open to the Goddess, her Comanders and those friends of her." She then added with sincerity "I will look forward to receiving your visits Herunya, for it is more than an honor to talk and see those worthy of talking with. For I fear the bloom of old was gone too fast from Middle Earth, it was a blessing that some returned."

'' I will take her your message, hantalyel '' he said, with a bow, '' Perhaps we may escort her here , soon, for Lorien has never changed, it is said Melian herslef blessed it in the Eldaer Days, and still it holds that mystery. '' He prepared to depart '' I will speak to the Queen, and hope we may visit you soon, '' he nodded and then left, in preparation.

She smiled, it was indeed true that these lands had been blessed by Melian, but also her mother had taught her the secrets of Old, the love for the true beauty and the perseverance one must have for it to be effective.
She stood up as he left and then beckoned some maids for the Castle to be ready, because she had to have the Castle ready for any visit, specially someone as important and fair as the Goddess and her sequit.
Later, she went back to working on matters of Lothlórien, she knew things must always be revised, nothing could wait for tomorrow. And she also had to be free of much work if she was to receive pleasant visits.

Nodonn, as high Commander of the Goddess of the Land, presented himself at the theone of the Queen of Laurelindorenan, he was dressed in his uniform of severe black with just a few touches of purple, in his black leather, and bearing sword.
'' Aiya, herinya, Queen of the Golden Wood, I thank thee for your courtesy in greeting my son and now myself ''

As soon as the Commander entered the throne room, her eyes left whatever she could be doing, for always courtesy into the traveler, no matter who it was, was her objective, for guests deserved the best attention.
"I am honored of your visit Noddon. I have not seen nor heard of you since the finding of the Silmaril. But your son so courteously informed me and so, let your Queen know she is always welcomed here, and I am at her service if she ever needs anything... but please... do sit down..." She said pointing to some chairs near a great chimney. She then stood up and went to sit there as well.
Some maids came inside the throne room to bring them diverse drinks. She took a goblet which contained a light purple drink. She then took a sip and turned to look at Noddon.

'' Hantalyel '' he said, '' you speak Quenya here, do you not? You have Noldo blood in you? But Sindarin or Quenya, we will speak what you desire. The Lady spent long making Khand fertile, and now it is time to share courtesy with other countries, for a time, the Queen needs to become accustomed to her new ... spirit, and then I am sure she will travel '
