As the plans about the double wedding had changed, between the prince and princess of the Reunited Kingdom. Elphir and Arawyn had now decided to visit their kingdom to be as their wedding was put at hold, fast they rode as they entered the gates of Dol Amroth. The pride of the city was still there as it used to be, with its great flags and tall walls standing with all its glory. People watched the return of their king, however they was surprised in seeing princess Arawyn with him. Rumors went by and soon the whole city new what had happened, from deep corners of the city and from the harbor, the people now came to see Elphir once again after so long time.
Elphir himself was wearing royal rich cloths as he came riding on his white steed, his long blue cloak reaching far as he went. The mark of Dol Amroth swan attached to the back, with white and blue colors his cloths showed and gentle he behaved. Slowly riding to the palace stairs, he dismounted and was gladly greeted by the people. Sonly after he turned to see his love Arawyn, still sitting upon the horse as he went over. With a smile he offered his hand to her, wanting to help her down from the horse she sat on."Welcome, to Dol Amroth."

"I'm glad to be back," She smiled and kissed him. Then the carriage pulled up and Arawyn opened the door. She handed him one of their sons and she took the other two. Together, with their children, Arawyn and Elphir entered their permanent home, and she was happy. It felt good to be back. Their bags were taken from the carriage to the Kings room that had once been Elphir's father's. Arawyn places the children on the bed, till the cribs could be set up and then she plopped on the couch, yawning. "So where's your brother and sister? I would have thought to see them by now," she told him.

Elphir smiled as Arawyn kissed him but gladly took the one child she offered him as she herself took the two others, carefully he helped her off the carriage and into the palace they went. Now as his father was dead, he had gained the throne cause of him being the oldest. The room of Imrahil was his, large it was with windows toward`s the sea. It was a great view, showing the harbor and the great ships of Belfalas as water could be seen into the far distance. A huge bed was placed within the room along with other wooden furnitures, as chairs, benches, tables, book shelfs, wardrobe and many other precious items. Most of it had gold and silver attached to it, but also the colors of their kind. The people of Dol Amroth was a proud people, once it had been the city of elves who later on turned to the humans.
As the children was laid down to bed and Arawyn sitting down to rest, he watched and smiled happily that she was with him and both finally there. He had missed it and so had others missed him, when the question about his brothers and sister came forth, he simple answered as he sat down next to her."News tells that my sister went with Eomer to Rohan and married, I think they have a son as well. However my other two brothers has vanished, people tell. And for a long time now this place have had no ruler as all have been gone."

"I'm sorry," she said softly, placing her head on his chest. "It seems like both are families are falling apart. I feel like all thats left now is us and the children," she told him, closing her eyes. She listened to the steady rythem of his heart. It no longer raced when they were together. "It's so quiet here," she whispered.

Elphir who sat next to Arawyn smiled gentle as he listened to her words, what she said was true. The family they once had was splitting apart by war and love, it all was changing. With a slight nod he responded, looking at her with curious eyes as he thought she looked beautiful. The children slept within their beds special made for them, sleeping good as the presence around them was quiet."Maybe your right, but if we are all that is left then we should not make it end."He said and watched her lean close, happy by seeing her listening to his heart.
"Yes, being with you makes me calm and therefor so is my heart."Elphir returned speaking as he watched. Carefully he placed his arms around her, pulling her close as he wanted her to feel safe. The thoughts of future wondered within his mind, hoping it all would turn well as years went. One day their children might lead the line of royals, but war and evil still lingered, threatening the world of Middle Earth.

"Hmm," Arawyn smiled, she finally got the only thing she ever truely wanted, her lover. He made her feel like someone special, after all their fights and trials. Then Arawyn remembered her ring and pulled it out by the chain smiling at it. "So much has happened, in such little time," she said softly, "I surprised we got through it all," she added holding the ring in her palm, pressing it aginst her bosom above her slowly beating heart.
The two sat in sweet silence. He was holding her, protecting her as she laid in his warmth, glad to have someone near. "We should visit Arond soon," she told Elphir osftly, "It'll be his birthday soon. He'd have been two now, how long ago it seemed. She thought about it and realized how odd it was that their very first night, she knew it was right, and even now, she still felt that way. She wondered how they knew, after only meeting him for the first time.

Elphir held Arawyn close as they sat tight to each other, the thoughts of her being with him the rest of his life was nice and comforting. He loved her and was very happy to have her, hidden they had married secretly but still plans of a real wedding was to be decided. The words she spoke was surely true, and with a slight nod he returned but did not speak before she was finished. As she took the ring and watched it, he looked at it together but smiled as it was the symbol of them being together.
"Indeed we should visit him soon, it has been long since we did so."He gentle said, knowing that she took the loss heavy as Arond had been there first child. However it died before being able to live, now ever since it had stroked them with sorrow from time to time. The birthday of their first born was to come, even the boy was dead they would honor it the best way possible.

"You know, not I'm not sure if I ever told but I almost died. I guess, a week or so after I was taken home, I took a vial of poison, my brother found me. I know I had promised you but I just couldn't take it. Hiding the truth, watching you marry another woman, and not even able to see you killed me, so, I wanted to die. Apparently, the healer told my brother I was a month pregnant then, that's when I learned of those two, it was strange though, having my brother know first," she said looking up at him, "But I'm glad he found me cause now we're together and since I'm older, no one cares that we're four years apart," she smiled. "I wish things had been easier though," she sighed, "promise me to never put the kids through what we've gone through," she asked him, looking up at him again.

What Aryn told as they were close shocked him, never before had he thought she had wanted to kill herself with poison. However he was glad she told him, even it worried him. He was just glad everything had turned out well, and that they now were able to be together. Curious he watched her but returned in answer as she was finished speaking, he nodded." I promise, whatever happens in future I wont let our children suffer the same fate. Its enough that we discovered horrible paths threw our ways of doing, but I am glad it all turned out well."
As it was said he leaned closer, kissing her lips with a soft touch while his hand rested onto her cheek. He had missed her a lot in past, but gladly it all had gone good and they were finally together. Many wounds and deaths had happened threw out time, many caused by them but also others.

"Yes, it did," she smiled and leaned up, kissing him. "I'm glad we're finally free to love," she told him smiling. "Do you think we could get some food though? I'm starving, and we'll need a nanny now for the children," she added.

A smile sonly came to his face as he listened and a kiss was given him, she was lovely and her voice was soft and clear. With a slight nod he returned, watching her in a curious way, still being close as he spoke in answer."Yes we should get a nanny for our children, tho first I think we would need some food I believe. Your not the only one who is hungry, I am also, specially after the long journey we have had."Elphir said kindly, standing up as he dragged her up gentle to hold her close.

She smiled as she was dragged up then kissed him, "Gotcha!" She smiled happily. "I'm glad we're finally together again. Though I had wished it were under better circumstances. Katerina's death is still unfair. I pray her son will not hate me so in her stead," she said and kissed his neck lightly.

Elphir smiled by the surprising kiss she gave, he loved her and was happy to have her beside him. Never in the younger ages had he dreamed of a life he now had, however happy he was cause it had happened. She was everything to him, and without her and the children of theirs it would had been a lonely life. He cared for her and the family more then anyone else, but also the people they owned. Carefully he held her tight, glad to be kissed as she spoke, listening to everything she said and in return answered."Katerina`s son wont hate you, nor anyone of us cause we will rise him to become a good boy. Don`t worry, my love."He said whispering, kissing her soft as he wanted her to think well of future to come.

"I won't worry. I'm mortal now, I don't want wrinkles," she said with a smile then kissed him. "Come along love," she said as a maid entered. She would be a temporary watch over the children while they ate. "I don't know much about the palace so I need you to guide me."
