The Army and Jobs of Imladris

As the years of the Fourth Age carry on, Imladris had begun to change once again. By the time of the Third Age, the Elves slowly began leaving and during the War of the Ring, large numbers left at once. With the Elves leaving, the population had dropped and the numbers of the army were low. But now, year 40 of the Fourth Age, many Elves that had remained behind in Middle Earth had become astray. Many left their former homes and settled in Rivendell. The population grew and many more chose to join the army and fight for Middle Earth.
The population of Imladris now stands at 35,000. There are 20,000 non-warriors, and 15,000 warriors.

Jobs

Imladris has many jobs open. If you wish to work in any job within the realm, just ask the lady and you may be accepted.

Army

The army of Imladris stands at 15,000 strong. Among them there are:

7500 Archers, each equipped with a bow and a quiver of 50 arrows. They also each carry a Elven dagger.
5000 Swordsmen, each equipped with a Elven blade.
2500 Spearmen, each equipped with a spear. These warriors are newly trained in this fighting technique.
Each warrior is clad in armor, light, but strong and can stand up to an enemy’s weapons. They are also each wear a helmet and a cloak.
