"Excellent. You are now the general in my army. Do not fear, for I will be at all battles, but I still need another commander to lead the forces."

Siranna stood to the side of the room as the two talked to wait her turn. It was only polite. She looked around the all too familiar room as he father had brought her here many times, she only wished he had not fallen in the battle of the rings many years ago but she could not dwell. He was in the hands of Mandos there and she knew he was ok.

Siranna walked out and bowed. "My lord, my name is Siranna and I wish to know if there is room for one more female in the army. I'm not asking for any certain position, just a chance to protect this realm as my father had before me." She told him.

*he smiled* "There's room for orcs and corsairs if you could find any respectable ones. Of course you can join the army. I'd make you the general, but I just gave that spot away. Just wait a few days and I'll have a job for you. A demonstration at the training grounds might give me a fair idea." *he winked*

"Ah, of course old friend Radagast. Settle wherever you like."
*he turned to Eragon*

A messenger walked quickly into the Throne room of Mirkowood. "My Lord Thraden." He bowed low, a worried frown on his brow. "Eowyn of Rohan wishes to ask for an alliance between Rohan and Mirkwood. The Rohirrim are in dire need of help; spies from Dunland have been discovered and the Lady is greatly worried that there will be a battle. She always wishes to extend an invitation to all of Mirkwood inviting them to a Summer festival soon to be held in Rohan; assuming things go well against Dunland." The messenger remained kneeling in front of Thraden and waited anxiously for a reply.
