He watched the new arrival and nodded his head afterwards. "An alliance would be great," he turned back to Eragon, I will bring 1,000."
(last time I left a realm to attack another I lost it. lol Yet it was around 30,000 vs 5000 LOL!)

Alcorad's chosen messenger was lured deep into the Trollshaws and his spirit was purged from his body. This was something unkown to his brethren for now to replace the creature's spirit was a demonic entity that shared Alcorad's thoughts and his ambitions. This was the creature that was chosen to go far to the South unto the gates of Khazad-dum. The creature moved at unhuman speed even in a walking stance he seemed to be running. The creature's heavy pants and grunts came out into the cold air in clouds of frost, and did not rest save for the hours of day but all other moments did he steadily press forward with the image of the goal at hand as his only companion.
At last did he reach the Hollin Gate and was escorted within the deep mines by dwarven escorts many times his minor in size. They moved swiftly beneath the earth, drawing the inquisitive eyes of many others of Moria's residence. They passed through the chasms until they came to a halt, stopping at three openings in the walls. The right lead to the chasm deeps where once the Balrog lived in his dark radiance. The left lead to the tombs and the beginnings of the Halls of Dwarrowdelf and the center lead to the ancient Dwarven Throne. They descended into this corridor and moved down the long bridge guarded by many of the king's escort until at length they came to the ancient throne of Moria.
The troll was prodded forth by the dwarves to approach the king and as the creature began to step forth toward Brokk he lashed back at his guides with a vicious snarl. He slowly resumed his attention to Brokk and began to speak, his demonic tone ringing above the dead droll of his host. "My Lord wishes it be that you aid him in his endeavors at the Trollshaws. He would ask that you bring a caravan with tools and workers to aid in the tunneling beneath the ground. In exchange for your services the Lordship would be in your debt for a deed much the same as this. What say you, Lord of Khazad-dum?"

The trollish being smiled crookedly and nodded. "When shall we expect your arrival? The Lordship wishes for the digging to begin as soon as possible for he has many plans to attend to and any delay would complicate matters greatly."
