“Indeed, I am.” Eowyn told Faramir, she was relieved he had guessed right, maybe he had felt something had changed within her as well. “I already guessed so shortly after the war, but only the nurse in the Houses of Healing could tell me for sure.” She said, wondering if he would have wanted to know of her pregnancy instantly when she had felt the baby growing in her. “What do you wish for, a boy or a girl?” she asked, sitting up and leaning a little over Faramir so that she could look into his eyes better. Now at last she could give Faramir the heir to the House of Princes of Ithilien he had wished for so long.

"Wow thats great."He said with a great wide smile as he took the chance on embracing her, holding her close of happiness as he just had got the news about becoming a father along with his wife that would be the mother. It was a huge change in life but at the same time it was the best news ever, he really had wanted a child for long as he liked children but most of all he loved Eowyn and their future to come. She was a lovely woman and if a child would come he was sure the child would get as lovely and kind that she was, it was great news and it made him happy.
Carefully he leaned back wards again as he looked at her, seeing she moved closer to him as his hands rested upon her body. The one on her hip and the other touching her cheek, his body were tight up into hers but listened to her words and question."Easy my love, no need to be haste, but answer your question, I am not sure. Whatever would come I would be happy to get, as long its our child and for us to raise together."He said smiling but was shocked that she had new this for some time, it did not matter he though but was a bit disappointed she had not told him before."Its great you figured for sure now that we are going to have a child, I have had the feeling of it coming as I have seen you hiding at times you been sick. Why didn't you come to me about it?, we could have figured earlier or I could had helped...but I am glad to get this news. It really warms my heart."

Eowyn still was smiling, and she carefully moved a little more up onto Faramir, almost lying on him, but carefully so that she would not touch or hurt him on his wounds. She could easily tell that he was happy by the news that she was with child, whatever it would be, male or female. She told him "I know, Faramir, I wanted to tell you from the moment on I had this feeling, but it was war... and all this pain around, you fell off your horse..." she said. "It would not have been the right moment, I wanted the right situation for you to get to know, and I wanted to be sure." Eowyn tried to explain what she felt in the last few weeks. "I am sorry, but it mostly seemed not fitting, with a nurse caring for our wounds." she said. "And... I have the feeling that it will be a boy. Or I wish for it, I'm not sure. Somehow there's just this feeling... a little prince for Ithilien? What do you think?" she asked smiling, lightly kissing Faramir's bearded jaw.

Faramir smiled in return as she leaned closer and laid almost on top of him, it was nice and cosy but he listened carefully to what she said when explaining why she had waited telling him about the child. It made him understand what had been going on in her mind lately and it was accepted cause she were right, other moments then they were in now did not fit but the moment she had told him was perfectly fitting. They both had now a great future to look forward to were they would keep their kingdom safe but also raise their own child up together as it would be born, Faramir was happier then ever and could easily see Eowyn was as well.
"I understand, don't worry about it."He answered in return but continued listening to what more she had to say, she though it could be a boy that came to happen and it seemed she really wanted it to come true. With a gentle smile he nodded and kissed her for-head before continue speaking, answering her question what he though about it." A boy would be nice indeed, it would be good for the kingdom survival but also our family line to go on."

Eowyn nodded, relieved that he would not think she hadn't told him out of pure wickedness, and that he already had forgiven her it seemed. She decided not to think about it anymore, but enjoy the moment together with him, being happy and not worried for once, for the first time since the war had started. "Indeed" she spoke when he mentioned a boy would make sure the family line would continue. "As you are the last of the Line of Stewards of Gondor, this line should not die but continue, way far into the future, and a child secures this for sure." she said smiling, and went on "How do you feel, young daddy?" she said with a laughter, only then realising what responsibility awaited them now, to raise a child, to be responsible for his or her life, education, morals, but she was sure they would give their best and succeed. It was the child they always had dreamed of, a child of pure love.

Kindly Faramir nodded to her words but then listened to the question and laughter she made, smiling of seeing her happy which warmed his heart of greatness and hope."Well I am not that young anymore but I think it is the best ever happened, except the day we found each other. This is great news and it should be celebrated, we have much to prepare now as we will have a child. What do you say about inviting our friends for a feast?"He said and asked his wife curiously, glad for them to have a child at last and glad it was their child.
Long had he wanted a child and finally it was to come, with the help from each other and friends they would manage to raise the child up within great conditions. Their child would be a mighty kid who would grow into a famous family, many years had their line held out threw out the wars but still it had turned less from battles and tradegy. Together they would secure the line and peace would follow it, with the help of others the borders of their country would stay safe but also their family.

(Sorry, I'm a little sick, that's the reason why I'm not writing as much as I'm used to.)
"A feast? That sounds wonderful. Whom do you think we could invite?" Eowyn asked, wondering how big this party would become, who would congratulate them, who would be happy for them. It was a great news to tell, at last there would be an heir to Line of Stewards in Gondor, long has the folk of Ithilien awaited this. Eowyn already has started blaming herself for not being able to bear a child to the House of Princes in Ithilien, now at last there was a reason to rejoice. "Eomer needs to be there, long haven't I seen my brother now, and I want to share this wonderful news with him personally, not by writing a letters."

(he he thats alright, no worries..hope you get better)
"Thats a good idea my love, we should invite your brother for this feast if we have it. And maybe Arragon and his family as well, or what do you think?"Faramir smiled in respond and wondered what she though about the idea, she was a kind and a beautiful woman but also wise. If there was someone who knew what to do at every time and place it was her, she easily took quick dissuasions and helped in many ways to make it work out. He was really glad to have found her that day at the house of healing in Gondor, she had spelled him with her beauty and he had fallen in love from the day they meet. Eowyn was unique in every way and never before had he meet anything like her, as the war of the ring was over it was alot more easier for him to settle down and rest while starting family with the woman he loved.
He was glad the dark ages had past but still evil lingered upon the land of Middle Earth, in one way or another. It was something that could never end up vanishing for good, it would always be there as anger or evil thoughts always linger inside people. The only way to stop it was to prevent things from happening, this was what the kingdoms of light was fighting for. They wanted to stop people from being enemies and instead live in peace, if it was possible the world would become an even better place then Ithilien had turned out to be.

"That sounds good. Especially as we two hardly have family left, and Aragorn's family is almost as our own." Eowyn spoke while lying in Faramir's arms. She already planned on writing letters to them, inviting them to this feast, but she would not tell the reason yet. It should stay a secret until Faramir and Eowyn would speak of it "When do you think all of our friends would be able to come?"

Gently Faramir looked upon Eowyn with a smile and nodded to her words before speaking himself, everything she said was good and much was to be planned."Yes well glad you think so and if we were going to invite these it would depends on when it fits for them to come, hopefully they all would be able to show up but this should not be a huge feast. Just a normal dinner of some sort along with a few talks where we tell the news, at least I believe they will be happy for us." He said and then softly placed a kiss upon her for head, looking deep into her eyes as he withdrawed back but kept his arms tight around her by wanting her close.

"Yes, of course we should not invite too many, just a few. So, who shall it be... Eomer, Aragorn, Arwen, and their children? Anyone else?" Eowyn asked, smiling about his kiss on her forehead, before lying on her back again, looking up to the ceiling. "It's a breathtaking thought. Soon we will be parents, at last a real family." she spoke, having her head lying on Faramir's armwhil still holding around him. "It's a miracle."

Close and comforting Faramir held around his wife Eowyn, glad to have her around but also happy about their child that was to come. It surely was a miracle and lots had to be prepared for it happen, together they would manage which was no doubt about and if she needed help at any time he or the servants would be close by. "I am not sure on how many else to invite but maybe you have any ideas?"Faramir asked curiously after she had spoken but then continued answering for a short moment, looking at her as she laid within his arms."It really is a miracle."With that being said another kiss was placed upon her for head, slowly withdrawing back his head and smiled.

"I shortly thought about the hobbits, but as I have heard they have different problems at the moment, I don't think they would have time to visit us." Eowyn answered Faramir. She felt a little sleepy, maybe that was because of her pregnancy that she felt more tired than otherwise. Maybe it was because of her wounds as well although, and probably Faramir felt tired as well, he was severely wounded than herself, and these wounds exhausted him for sure. "Are you tired, love? I feel a little weary." She told him, before closing her eyes for a few moments, then looking at him again.

What Eowyn said about Hobbits was correct, they had their own problems these days as rumors told they had been attacked by dwarfs and lost their country. Those that still were alive lingered in the kingdom of Arnor but inviting them now to celebrate the news would not be really fitting, much was going on around their kingdom but they stayed safe as long orders were not given to involve. With a gentle nod Faramir responded but then also spoke to answer her last question, carefully holding her close with his hands on her hip and watched her deeply into the eyes."Yes, a little tired I might but even we slept long at the house of healing. Are you tired? do you wish to sleep?"

"Yes, I am a little tired. But if you want, we still can stay awake, speaking, enjoying the moment, just we three." Eowyn had to smile while saying this. She at least won't ever be alone until the birth, always having her child with her. "But when we woke up again, we have to talk more about this feast, whom to send invitation letters to, whom we want to have around us on this wonderful day." she spoke, and lying on her side, with her head on Faramir's arm and her left hand on his chest, holding him close, she closed his eyes, feeling that she was a little weary and tired. Probably this weariness was a result of the latest war where she and Faramir had to fight in. She was not sure. But she felt that her body ached for sleep and rest, just being near her husband and resting in peace for the night.
