The sound of drums were heard rolling across the lands of Rhovanion. From accross the border of Rhun came marching 20,000 Easterlings. All dressed in full battle armor and marching in perfict step to the time of the drums. They were also singing. Singing an ancient war song, asking for strenght in battle and death to their enemies. Behind them rode 5,000 charieots and to the sides 5,000 horsemen, ready to flank any enemy that opposed them. At the head rode the Grand Warmaster. His body covered in a specialy made suit of armor. He looked at his men and couldn't help but smile. They were the best men he had ever trained and he knew they would not fail him. He turned back to the land in front of him and his smile grew. These lands had no army, no leader, no disaplen. He would change that. The people of Rhovanion would be taken in by Rhun and would become part of Rhun's empire. The Grand Warmaster's army was not to attack the Rhovanion people, but to defend them. The Gondorians would no doubt become uncomfterble with having Rhun right on their doorstep. The Easterlings would set up defencive posisions along the border of Rohan. Then they would let the enemy come to them if they objected to Rhun's clame on Rhovanion.
OOC: Ok, I know that Rhovanion dosen't have a ruler who is active. So, here are my terms: My army will stay here for one week. If after one week no one chalenges Rhun's claim of Rhovanion, then it becomes part of Rhun. Any objectsions? No? Good. Lets begin!

OOC: I object. The rules clearly state somewhere (If not it says so in one of my PMs from Elessar) that you cannot under any circumstances attack a country without an active ruler, or one without a ruler whatsoever... That's why I'm annoyed about my Gar'tan post...

OOC: I'm sorry Rawhide but he's right. If we want to exapnd our boarders then we go to war or you apply to become head of that country. If you could just walk in and claim then we would have lost Rhun a long time ago.

OOC: My deepest apologies. I must have missed that part, or miss read it. I looked everywhere for details about that. Guess I got a little over ambishes. My Apologies for the inconvenence. But I do have a question. There is no ruler for the country at all. So how does one go about concuring it? I obveously missed that little detail somewhere. Again, My apologies for this, I wasn't intenchaly trying to break the rules.
